Meteorologists from the National Weather Service said Tropical Storm Isaias has weakened, but its trajectory has shifted west, increasing the likelihood it will affect central and eastern North Carolina and Hampton Roads. Isaias was along eastern Florida on Sunday afternoon and projected to make landfall near Wilmington, North Carolina then travel up the coast over the next few days.
