Virginia reported another 44 deaths — the largest single-day increase — to bring the state’s total to 660, according to data released Sunday by the Virginia Health Department. More than half of the coronavirus deaths have come in nursing homes, according to state data. Another 940 coronavirus cases also were reported overnight, bringing the tally to 18,671.
