As we slowly welcome back the Virtus podcast, on this weeks it is a voice we are certain you have heard but this time not in the hosting seat! Mitch joins Tyler on the podcast to talk all things life and to catch up on a busy yet successful year Mitch has had. We are certain this is a good one!

In all seriousness, these boys are highly respected coaches within the industry and Tyler absolutely loved having them down for a laid-back chat! There was passion, shouting, and a lot of swearing. Chris (Dirk) is one of the best up and coming coaches in Australia; the Head of Performance at Woodford Sport Science Consulting shares some of his learnings from his time in the College system at Iowa. Jeremy (Brick) is a beast of a powerlifter, currently transitioning from athlete development to coaching powerlifting. His energy in the gym is unmatched.
