Often we think men's groups are exclusively for the down and out,  men that are broken or have hit rock bottom, and that they aren't "for us". This is not the case, and Mitesh shares how, even though

he was, by most people's standards very successful and performing well in the various arenas of his life, he sensed there was more to his life and experience as a father and husband.
