How often do we reject good advice or good correction simply because of who delivered the message? How often do we respond with defensiveness because of how a message was delivered before we even get a chance to discern or pray about whether it’s true or not? Today’s passage challenges us to listen and learn from the Godly voices in our lives and to turn away from the temptations presented by the world.
