Packers safety Javon Bullard is saying what most Packers fans have been feeling, since they ended the 2025 season on a five-game losing streak. Bullard says the team needs to develop a "killer instinct," and he, personally, doesn't mind being the villain. 

Oh, and he hates the Chicago Bears.
