First off apologies for the delays on the OU episodes but its definitely worth the wait for content like this! The boys hopped on for quicky pod before puck drop against the Leafs.  We broke down the Ekholm deal, how we see it changing the scope of the oilers overall and how fair the return was to get him.  Nowhere will you get this type of in-depth Oilers breakdown along with this many laughs.  Obviously our opinions changed a lot after watching the first game with the new squad along with how good 
Ekholm looks in those Oilers uni's but this was a good timestamp of the first gut feelings after the trade and will be interesting to look back on towards playoffs to see how it all shook out!

HELL YEAH!!! Today we have one of the funniest guys to ever grace the cover of CTV it is none other than the legend Brendan Washbern! Brendan burst onto the Edmonton comedy scene from BC a few months back and absolutely tore it a new bunghole before he scurried back to BC.  I guess we will never know if Brendan couldn't hand Edmonton or if Edmonton just couldn't take the Beeeeeern.  Either way this conversation is a nice time capsule of his time here and I cant wait for him to come back and visit soon because one thing is for sure.  This city is much funnier when Brendan is in it!

We are back with a little solo episode to break down the amazing family trip to Banff and getting back on the ski hill. I also talk about the new Netflix show on the PGA tour, the upcoming Just For Laughs showcase and how everyone around the Edmonton comedy scene is preparing, and as always some serious MMA Talk right at the end so you can skip if you don't like it! I also had to breakdown how cool it was to see my friend and VonDubCast alumni @dannymartinello on one of my all time favourite youtube shows KillTony! He did such a good job and it was such an inspiration to see one of Edmonton's own crush a shot on one of comedy's biggest stages. I also had to record a quick 10 minute hit on Joe Rogan and Eric Weinstein's conversation on JRE #1945 it has everything. Aliens, Physics, anti-gravity tech, Academic breakdown and so much more.

Today's guest is one of the funniest new comedians in the Edmonton comedy scene and wouldn't you know it he is also one of the nicest as well!  We chop it up about comedy, trucking, Star Trek and so much more.  I wanted to have Art on from the first time I saw him do stand up at the first year comedy competition.  Not only did he win it but he smoked the rest of us by a good margin and he is only getting better.  The other week he crushed a headlining set at the comic strip for 20 straight minutes.  I could not be more impressed by Art, nor could I be more excited to help share him with you all.  Go give him a follow on instagram @artbellerosecomedy and go see him perform asap, you can thank me later!

The people asked for it and we delivered! Lars is back on the podcast for his third time and its a juicy one! Lars was the first comedian I ever had on the podcast all those years ago and it was so fascinating having these conversations before and after trying stand up.  The first two conversations were between a real comedian and just a diehard comedy fan and they were great.  This episode is pretty much the same but I'm one step closer to being a real bonafide stand up comedian and I think thats pretty damn cool. This conversation is pretty nerdy about comedy but its full of passion and wisdom so even if you hate comedy you will enjoy it I promise! Now that that business is out of the way, what can I say about todays guest that hasn't already been said? She is extraordinarily talented, has an amazing unique brain, she's more in touch with who she is than possibly any other guest I've had on and she never ceases to amaze me every time we have a conversation.  Im talking about the greta and powerful @jessie.fiddler I could not believe how fast three hours went by and it was clear we needed some more time to allow for the conversation this turned out to be. I know I say this a lot but this episode along with the prior two appearances with Jessie are some of the best podcasts and get closer to what I initially envisioned this show to be than I ever could have hoped.

It's that time of year again when the NHL storylines are solidifying and the excitement for playoffs starts to build! We figured it was the perfect time to bring in our Eastern Conference correspondent Fraser Oliver to discuss the League as it stands today, who we think is going to do damage in the playoffs and who is phonier than a 3 dollar bill.  As always when the three of us get together it devolved into some sort of crazed liquor cheeseburger party but if thats not what you listeners come here for I don't know what is. I had the amazing opportunity to host my first comedy show at the world famous @comicstripwem this Tuesday and it was such a special night I knew I had to do a podcast on it! From the very first time I tried standup I was obsessed with hosting.  It looked like so much fun to orchestrate a show and set up your fellow comics to have the best sets possible.  Unfortunately it takes a long time to get the opportunity to host and I felt like it would be years before I would get a crack at it.  Luckily I have great friends who put their necks on the line to give a young comic a chance and I could not be any more thankful!
