Wada Sambar is a popular South Indian dish that is loved by many for its delicious taste and comforting flavors. The dish consists of crispy and fluffy deep-fried lentil dumplings called Wada, served with a tangy and spicy lentil-based stew called Sambar. Traditionally, Wada Sambar is served for breakfast or as a snack in South Indian households, but it can also be enjoyed as a satisfying meal any time of the day. I had the pleasure of trying Wada Sambar at a local South Indian restaurant recently, and I must say, it was an absolute delight.
