Wake-up Wednesdays" are mini-episodes where I talk about articles and subjects I think You would like to hear and I share ideas on how we can apply them to our daily lives. Todays though was an unplanned recording, but it was just something I felt is always important to hear. l Apologize for the recording not being too good, but we were walking up Crowders Mountain. The man I’m talking to is a 72-year-old veteran who walks that mountain at least three times a week! He is going strong for not letting his body rest too much and keeps going. This is just a small clip, it made my day! Hope it does to you as well!
