This weeks a little different with a walking meditation. Probably not something a lot of people have had experience with before. Walking meditation has shown me that just paying more attention to such a simple task can be a powerful tool to bring yourself out of stress and anxiety. It also shows that meditation doesn’t just have to be a stationary practice, principles of meditation can be applied to so many different activities than you would expect.
