Christmas is over. A stretch in the day. And the mind gone soggy and foggy from the winter festival. So I want to offer you this meditation on the wandering mind.

This is a meditation I used in the book Chest Pain to illustrate the drifting mind, and how it attaches itself to religious images for shelter, just like a boat in a storm tends towards a harbour.
