The war on Christianity is ramping up all across the world. The national media in America refuses to dedicate any time to this. We have seen that the burning of Norte Dame has been labeled an accident. Are there clues however to see this as part of the war on Christianity? This podcast will give you clues as to why the theory of arson may not be just “conspiracy theory.”

The War on Christianity

Around 215 million Christians face significant levels of persecution in the world today, according to the latest World Watch List from Open Doors. Researchers for the organization estimate 1 in 12 Christians live where their faith is “illegal, forbidden, or punished.”

During reporting for the 2018 World Watch List, 3,066 Christians were killed, 1,252 were abducted, 1,020 were raped or sexually harassed, and 793 churches were attacked.

Most Dangerous Place for Christians

* North Korea* Afghanistan* Somalia* Libya* Pakistan

Four of the top five places for Christian persecution is due to Islamic oppression. To complete the list 9 of the top 10 are due to Islamic oppression. There is no doubt that the Muslim countries not only do not allow Christianity but believe in what the Koran teaches.

What the Koran says about Christians

“Kill them [unbelievers] wherever you find them… And fight them until there is no more unbelief and worship is for Allah alone” (Quran 2:191-193).

“Strike off their heads and strike from them every fingertip” (Quran 8:12).

The difference in Christianity and Islam

In the end, there is really no comparison between Mohammed and Jesus. Mohammed says, ‘Blessed are you when you persecute,’ (Quran 9:111). Jesus says, ‘Blessed are you when others persecute you’ (Matt. 5:11). Mohammed says, ‘Go and kill’ (Quran 47:3-4). Jesus says, ‘Come and die’ (Luke 9:23). Mohammed says, ‘Fight until you are victorious’ (Quran 61:9). To believers, Jesus has already won the victory (1 Cor. 15:57).

This leads us to the sad events this week in Paris. Before we begin, let me give you some background information. I believe that the French government is afraid. I believe they are afraid of being labeled “Islamaphobic” or of retaliation.

France jails ‘jihadist’ woman accused over foiled terror attack

Last Friday sets the stage. I am talking about the sentencing of Ines Madani. Ines Madani, 22, planned to blow up a car packed with gas canisters near the Notre Dame cathedral in 2016. This plot was foiled and she was arrested. Last Friday she was sentenced to eight years in prison by a French court.

Ines Madani was sentenced following a three-day trial. Madani was accused of encouraging would-be jihadists to go to Syria and participate in attacks against France. This would lead to outrage in the Muslim community of Paris.

Muslim population in Europe

The total number of Muslims in the European Union in 2010 was about 19 million. The French capital of Paris has the largest number of over 1.7 million. This is the largest out of any city in the European Union. Paris has an estimated 10.9 million residents.
