James Kelley is a 17 veteran of the Fire Service.   He promoted to the rank of Fire Captain in June of 2018 and is now the District Safety Officer for the  Battalion he works in. He received his Associates Degree in Fire Science from Blue River Community College back in 2012 and is currently working towards his Public Administrations Degree in Fire Management from Park University as well as his Fire Instructor I certification through the Missouri Department of Fire Services.  #Neveralonealwaysforward [email protected]
