A powerful demon is sealed into a book hundreds of years in the past... which is then opened by Buffy in the present and TOTALLY SAFELY SCANNED ONTO A COMPUTER WITHOUT INCIDENT using technology that I spent an unreasonable amount of time investigating the veracity of given the year. Then Willow gets an online boyfriend who totally isn't the demon that totally wasn't released into the internet. Hijinks ensue.
