About the Book:

Rightfully Mine is a near-future eco-thriller following James Hokama Byrne, a young man who quits school to work for Glacier Oceanide, a water bottling company. After witnessing corporate exploitation of water resources, including the abuse of his Native American reservation, James becomes an environmental activist. He leads a group working to return water rights to indigenous communities, using his Native name, Hokama ("the guide"). The novel blends action, romance, and social justice, exploring corporate greed, environmental degradation, and the fight to protect natural resources.
