In this episode of The Melanated Files, we discussed a few statements that the president of Ghana made at a forum some time ago. We particularly honed in on what he said about the destiny of black people being bound up with Africa. A statement that we believe rings true, especially in many discussions about black people that somehow devolves into parallels being drawn between the state of the diaspora and the continent .
