My extended, re-written and re-recorded deep dive into and critical analysis of ground-fighting, submission grappling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu comes to a close. On this episode I look at recent criticism made against the original UFC and the Gracie influence. This episode also discusses criticism levelled against the claim that most fights end up on the ground. Finally, we review grappling and ground-fighting's place(s) in martial arts and self-defence.
