We often mistake knowledge for wisdom, but wisdom is not the same thing as knowledge. Pastor Paul defines wisdom as “the skillful application of knowledge to life.” But Proverbs doesn’t just talk about wisdom in general, it talks about wisdom that comes from God, which is different from worldly wisdom. Proverbs teaches that knowing God is the beginning of true wisdom.
