Does hardship and suffering mean that God has left us? Not a chance! In the middle of all the ups and downs of life, we can choose to worship God. He's worth it! He deserves all the glory and the praise.

But beyond the things we see, there's a reality inside us: we are the recreated people of God, changed to the core, and always in right standing with God. We can worship God out of the reality of our restored relationship with Him.

And also, God is unchanging. The reality of His goodness and grace is awe-inspiring, and as we fix our eyes on Him we can worship with whole-hearted devotion.
