The piece has some good information and is a short read. It may become repetitive toward the end. But overall, I found it to be helpful.

Limiting beliefs can seriously hold us back in life. But most of the time such beliefs are invisible to us. The problem with limiting beliefs is not so much getting rid of them, itâs identifying them. We are simply not aware of our beliefs because they are such a part of who we are. Our beliefs shape how we perceive and interact with the world, what we believe about âthe way things areâ and how we approach the new and unknown. The book has well rounded tips that worked for me. First, there is the issue of stress. Stress is essentially based on fear. You may be stressed because youâre stuck in traffic and you will be late for work - and you fear being reprimanded by your boss. You may be stressed because of your relationship with your spouse - and you fear having the relationship end. Be stress free, and know where to begin here.

Indeed, it was a good buy.

I love the book as it can really give me a more ideas on having a healthier mindset.
