When trials come, the enemy of your soul wants to make you think that you're alone in the trial. Satan will exploit the pain in our hearts from loss and suffering to get us to turn our hearts over to him and away from God. We must be careful to guard our hearts so that we don't entertain negative thoughts and feelings so that we don't act on them.
