Christopher M. Garris discusses the historic true weaponization of  the criminal justice system, his perspective as a black Republican, and introduces us to the "Blacks;" an African-American couple, both of whom are veterans, one totally disabled, facing years of imprisonment for a questionable, alleged crime. We will follow this story closely and compare their eventual sentence to the sentencing received by wealthier, more powerful individuals.
