I've been getting into a new routine lately and with that new routine has come gyming in the evenings instead of the mornings. I feel less rushed, I feel more calm, and I can have a somewhat slower morning. It got me thinking about the importance of slowing down and avoiding burnout from choosing to be a bit more present.
