In this episode, Sofia and Tess talk about the struggle of figuring out who we are while letting go of the versions of ourselves we've outgrown. From career changes and shifting friendships to setting boundaries and disappointing people, they explore what happens when staying true to yourself means no longer being who others expect you to be.

A conversation about identity, people-pleasing, self-respect, and the courage it takes to keep evolving, even when it's uncomfortable.

Because sometimes growth is becoming someone new. And other times it's finally allowing yourself to be who you are.

Did you ever feel like everyone else got the manual for life except you? In this episode, Sofia and Tess dive into the gap between what they thought life would look like by now and the reality of where they actually are. They talk about career pivots, relationships, changing identities, the pressure to "have it all together," and the strange comfort of realizing that nobody really knows what they're doing.

A candid, funny, and honest conversation about growing up, letting go of timelines, and embracing the messy middle.

Because if you've ever looked around and wondered how everyone else seems to have life figured out... this one is for you
