Nick is joined this week by Aaron Weiss, a lawyer, who works directly with breweries and alcohol establishments. Aaron gives a bit of background on why he got interested in beer/craft beer and from there we dive into more about how PA specifically handles licensing for breweries and restaurants. This leads us to talk about what happened during the pandemic in the craft beer world. Nick asks Aaron to give us his craziest stories from the job and what his day to day can be like.
