This week we were very lucky to interview the top keynote speaker and writer Jurgen Appelo, thanks to the good graces of Ed Wong at Tabar who had Jurgen as keynote speaker for last weeks 1st conference. It was delightful to talk to Jurgen, about the topic of his talk, which was How to Fix Your Failed Agile Transformation and some elements of his latest book STARTUP, SCALEUP, SCREWUP.
