I was part of running a big workshop last week that involved a whole lot of information and learning, and I witnessed on several occasions the power of reflective pauses, something that if you run a lot of workshops you might be accustomed to doing, and I thought to myself, yes! this is a powerful tool and worthy of a mention as a mini hack for you!
