Welcome to The Weekly Top 3 — our look at the top 3 things on our mind here at Alaskans for Sustainable Budgets — for the week of February 27, 2023.
This week our top 3 issues are these: 1) we explain how Permanent Fund earnings are being shifted from mid & lower income #AKfams to the Top20% and why the amount is staggering (1:54), 2) we discuss how Rep. Zack Fields is proposing to shift even more (12:55), and 3) we explain how some producers in the Cook Inlet are coming for even more state money (30:33).
