As a leader, no matter where you lead or the size of your platform, there is a weight you bear that no one else does. There are choices, decisions, and moves you have to make that are unique to you. Sometimes those decisions will garner themselves a fair share of criticism. Sometimes the pressure of those decisions wears you down. However, there is a healthy way to handle the weight put on you and navigate through a world that always has an opinion without bearing the responsibility that you bear.
