A Good Product to Help People Sleep....

This product was recommended by Mr. Alan Hunt, a nationally syndicated Christian talk-show host. This product does contribute to a more relaxed approach to sleeping without undue stress.

Disc is burned, not pressed

By all appearances this seems to be a high quality product, but when I put the disc in the CD player, the sound had static. Upon closer inspection I realized this is not a professionally pressed CD, but one that has been burned in a CD writer like the one in your computer. It's common knowledge that not all CD players can play burned discs well, especially older players. I bought this for my wife who is in the hospital, but the CD player in her hospital room plays it with so much static that it eventually drowns out the recorded message. There should be a warning on this page that the CD might not play on all equipment.

First of all, as far back as I can remember, the book was fine, delivery was fine, etc. However, book didn't help with sleep for me, anyway!

It is soothing but I found that it did not help me to sleep better. Perhaps others might be helped.
