The Whiskey Trip - Ep. 24 - Bryan Bean, Kinnitty Castle Spirits

This week on The Whiskey Trip, Big Chief chats with co-owner and co-founder of Kinnitty Castle Spirits, Bryan Bean. They discuss Bryan’s Irish heritage, military service and the historic castle that was built over 800 years ago. The conversation flows between these two old army veterans like the Uisce beatha (water of life). Listen as the Big Man learns all about this amazing new Irish Whiskey Brand. On the first half Big Chief and Bryan sip on Kinnitty Castle 10 year old Irish Whiskey finished in Oloroso Sherry Butt for its final year allowing the flavors to marry. They then move to a cider cask finished single malt whiskey that gives Big Chief notes of crisp green apple. On the second half the guys start out with Kinnitty Castle Dapper Irish Single Malt Whiskey that is younger and has more spice than normal Irish expressions and then they move into Kinnitty Castle Irish Slieve Bloom Botanical Gin.
