It’s been a while since I’ve Podcasted — in complete honesty I’ve felt like me, who I am, as I am has been too much, too weird, not how others around me are…and I’ve shrunk.

And that’s shifting — so here we are! I do not promise anything more regular than every 6 months, haha, but today feels like something I wanna take up space with and share!!

In the true essence of this being voice memos of my rambles to myself— it’s a windy day, so the recordings have wind and dogs panting and me blowing the flies off my face!

Just really pondering energy, consciousness, awareness, connection, realms, galaxy and where and how I experience it in my body, in my mind as I witness.

The feeling and knowing I have of the land, trees, Rusty my dog! And the deep desire I have for connections like these with humans but haven’t — but I know…deep connection so wondering perhaps I know that more is available so I haven’t settled for something that isn’t that, but still deeply crave it.

Words are spells. Words appear in my mound— if you tell me your name I want to know how to spell it— because I see it — your name, with letters, float into my mind when I speak your name or think about you, along with energy associated with you!

And a whole lot of others pondering a in relation to energy, the types of energy and where it lives and how I experience it INNMY BODY— in my physical human experience!
