The most influential person on a team is the coach—one who guides, mentors, and shapes lives. Jesus calls His followers to do the same through discipleship. The Great Commission isn’t about sharing and leaving, but walking alongside others with humility, compassion, and truth. By following Jesus’ example, believers are called to coach others in faith, investing experience, teaching obedience, and raising faithful, able, and teachable disciples who build God’s Kingdom.
