This episode is a heartfelt and serious ep, chatting to Alex, co founder of the Rockit Foundation. Created in 2017, The Rockit Foundation is an organisation whose aim is to raise funds to support those needing help with their mental health.

The foundation is celebrating their 10 years in March, and we wanted to chat with Alex on what the plans are, who are they are as a foundation and what has changed in the last 10 years.
