In today's episode, we discuss the issue of recidivism. Over 70 percent of people that get released from prison end up re-offending within 5 years of being released. This staggering statistic is worth discussing. Is this the case in other countries or is this problem unique to the United States? Is the goal to rehabilitate these individuals or to ensure that they come back? We take a close look at this problem and use the R.A.N.T. team's lived experience to understand how complex this problem really is.
