In this session, Steven Hurtado will describe his strategy of Casper Suite integration with the existing IT Service Management catalog at Pomona College, bringing the esoteric technical aspects of Mac management into focus for faculty and staff. From there, we start drawing the bigger picture: How do our service definitions scale to larger and increasingly complex environments, and how do you make your managers geek out over Version 9?
