Tap "Follow the Message" to add personal notes during the message. Simply fill in any blanks or add your thoughts where you see the blue boxes. To save your notes, tap the email option at the bottom of the page.

The "Take a Note" button will allow you access to your own personal digital journal - any notes you take there will stay with you even if you change devices.
