I saw something needed to help people finally reach and maintain their fitness goals.  The old trainer lingo isn't working and people are not getting helped from messages like "It's as simple as calories in and calories out!" or "If you want it bad enough, you will do the work!" and even "Maybe you just don't want it bad enough..." or how about "Eat this and not that."  Either people are stuck trying to lose the same 78 pounds that they've been trying to lose for years or they feel stuck on a never ending cycle of losing weight and gaining it back only to find that it is getting harder each time.  What is it that those personal trainers do not know how to do?  They do not know how to address mindset in a way that is both compassionate and effective.
