Skies will be cloudy in the morning and then partly sunny in the afternoon. The longtime Coleman Company space in downtown Wichita has become a gleaming, modern headquarters for Cocoa Dolce. The transformation of the once-industrial building is proving transformational for the 60-person company, too.
