Under mostly cloudy skies, temperatures will be in the mid-80s. The storms could bring flash flooding, large hail, and damaging winds. Our top story is: Wichita plans to build a 6-level, 543-space parking garage and bus station near its new ballpark. It’s projected to cost as much as $17.5 million.
