Good morning, today is Wednesday, June 26th. I’m Mary Regalado, and this is your daily briefing from the Wichita Eagle. Temperatures today will be in the 90s, with partly sunny skies — and little chance for showers or thunderstorms. Our top story is: The Wichita City Council delayed a vote yesterday to lease about 6 acres of Eisenhower Airport land to a hotel developer. The hotel development plan is worth at least $7 million. It’s a proposal for land north of the Hampton Inn.
