High temperatures will be in the 80s, with winds out of the north at 10 to 15 miles per hour. The state of Kansas has dropped a $50 permit fee to a new state park in western Kansas. The Kansas Department of Wildlife, Parks and Tourism Commission rescinded the fee before the Little Jerusalem Badlands State Park has even opened.
