Ranchers Mike and Tina Andra are inching closer to a fall opening this year of their Wichita Union Stockyards. They had hoped to open their event and music venue last year. The delay was mainly due to construction issues, Mike Andra said. The Andras also plan a steakhouse for the second phase of development.
