“The core of a man’s heart is undomesticated and that is good.” These wise words from John Muir still stand true today. 

In this episode, I talk about the fierceness that is ingrained in our hearts. As men, we are driven to fight and battle, and even in the modern world that fierceness doesn’t leave our DNA. I talk about the book I am currently reading, Wild at Heart. This book has reminded me that as men we need to connect with nature and adventure to find out who we truly are because some questions just can’t be answered at the kitchen table.
