Today we are sitting down with Kat Olczak. Kat specializes in probate sales and has seen A LOT - some wild & crazy and some very sad and heavy. Kat shares a few stories with us, all pretty sad, to be honest. At one of her properties she discovered there was a dead body found…in the freezer! And the last story she shares not only had squatters living on the property but a very sad story of a man who ended his life there. Please listen with care during this episode.
