When you go to read your Bible or listen to a Christian message, what are you expecting? Have you already decided ahead of time what you want to hear? And what you don’t? Today, Pastor Bill encourages us to always come to the Word of God with an open heart. True, you may not like what God is saying. But you have to ask yourself: do I want to hear what I want, or what God wants? God’s Word will encourage, strengthen, empower, and also challenge and convict you if you’ll let it.
