From training new entrants in the marketing communications industry, to mentoring and speaking at events and universities, Ẹnitan in 2020 at the peak of the COVID-19 lockdown, kick started an initiative called WIMConnect to help and support young women in Marketing Communications.

The close knit community presented a safe virtual space for young Nigerian women between the ages of 21-35 to share and get support on the many challenges faced in the workplace during the pandemic.

The community has since grown to cater to all women in corporate and has gone on to include this podcast.
