A small window overlooking an average garden in Central Scotland. And every day, nature makes a little change to the view. The Window Diary captures these changes in what has become a journey of learning, observation and a little mindfulness.  

In this episode, we add some more dimensions to the window view as we listen to nature’s sounds and take a deep breath with the freshest of air.
