He is the author of Built with Faith: Italian American Imagination and Catholic Material Culture in New York City and is also the director of academic and cultural programs at John D. Calandra Italian American Institute, a Queens College CUNY research institute. On, December 13 at 7:30pm, Sciorra will be at The Owls Head Wine Bar speaking about the Dyker Heights lights.

Actor Milo Ventimiglia and director Peter Segal join us to discuss their new film, “Second Act,” starring Jennifer Lopez. The film is an inspirational comedy about a woman who is ready for her “second act.”
