Any additional comments?
I really loved this story, although a little over descriptive at times. The Narrator is too sickly sweet for my liking.
Argh!
Struggled through the book - partly narration partly story. The voice of Cassy so irritating. The 'interesting' (read irritating) tidbits around fishing and basically everything else was not making the story more interesting but rather patronising. Not worth a credit.
Rich and believeable story
The writer engross you in the colourful adventure of Giuseppe, a very likeable Italian migrant who ventured out from his small island hometown to Australia. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the story is actually not centred only on Cassie's side but Joe also played a crucial role. In my opinion Joe's story was more interesting than Cassie's (though it's definitely nice to read both).
A god yarn
I liked that Di researches her surroundings in her stories I feel like I m revisiting these places that I know so well
Another great book
